Special Order Cakes

Unless otherwise noted, the cakes listed here are 8 inch round, two layer cakes, serving 10-12 people with leftovers. Feel free to add an additional layer to the 2 layer cakes for $10. The pricing listed below is for basic decoration. More elaborate designs (cascading flowers, fondant, etc) require a $20 surcharge. If there is a cake of your dreams not listed here, please feel free to reach out with requests. Please allow 5-7 days for ordering.

Upon request, I offer all the cakes listed below in a 6 inch, 2-layer size as well. The base price for a 6 inch cake is $40.

Karl's German Chocolate Cake - $70

A 3 layer, rich chocolate cake, filled with alternating layers of homemade coconut pecan goo (you know and love this goo!), topped with a dark chocolate buttercream. This cake can also be made as a 2 layer cake for $60.

Strawberry Cream Cake - $60

A vanilla cake, scented with lemon, and filled with both homemade strawberry filling AND strawberry buttercream. Topped with vanilla french buttercream and optional white or dark chocolate drip. Fresh, glazed strawberries are added when in season.

Pop Pop's Carrot Cake -$75

This is a 3 layer cake. Delicate, carrot cake layers alternate with softened cheesecake filling, and are surrounded by a vanilla buttercream. Please specify if you would like pecans in your cake!

Chocolate Stout Cake -$60

This chocolate cake is RICH and dense in the best way possible with the addition of a pint of Guinness! The chocolatey overtones of the stout beer add a delicate flavor to the cake. The cake is filled and iced with dark chocolate ganache.

Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cake -$60

It's VEGAN! The Chocolate cake tastes more chocolatey because it's flavor isn't masked by butter or cream. The cake sandwiches a filling of peanut butter fudge, and is topped with a vegan chocolate buttercream, optional chocolate drip, and homemade peanut brittle! ***Can also be made non-vegan for the vegan averse****

Hummingbird Cake -$60

The hummingbird cake is a traditional southern cake made with bananas, pineapple, and pecans. Mine also has a filling of roasted, rum-soaked, fresh pineapple. This cake is topped with a cream cheese frosting.

Cookies and Cream Cake -$60

This is a 3 layer chocolate cake, iced with cookies and cream buttercream (made with homemade chocolate cookie crunchies), filled with more buttercream, extra chocolate crunchies, and some semisweet chocolate ganache. In case there is any confusion about what type of cake this is, I've topped it with Oreo cookies as well.

Burnt Almond Cake -$65

No almonds were harmed in the making of the cake! The name of the cake is derived from the blanketing layer of caramelized almond slices that enrobe it. This is a cake for almond lovers. Two layers of delicate white cake, a filling of almond pastry cream, and a topping of Amaretto swiss buttercream.

Caramel Apple Cake - $65

An 8 inch two layer spiced apple cake, loaded with fresh apple chunks, filled with homemade caramel, and frosted with a cream cheese icing.

Sprinkles Cake - $60

A two layer, fluffy, vanilla, sprinkle-filled, white cake. Iced with French Meringue Buttercream and more sprinkles! 

Lemon Cake - $65

A two layer lemony butter cake, filled with fresh lemon curd and a lightly lemon  french meringue buttercream. Garnished with candied lemon slices.

Chocolate Caramel Cake - $70

A 3-layer, 8-inch dark chocolate cake, filled with homemade caramel and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Optional addition of a chocolate ganache drip.
