The Galette des Rois is the MOST delicious thing. Homemade pastry, almond cream, and a hidden dried Lima bean. Whoever finds the bean gets good luck for the year! (Yes traditionally the hidden Lima bean is actually a ceramic baby, but honestly! That's pricey!)

I was inspired by a picture in a new baking book, but then I had to make the recipe my own. 4 JUMBO sprinkles cookies with white chocolate chips. Feel festive even when it isn't your bday! These cookies DO have the addition of almond extract, so they are not nut-free.

Sherry's Cookie Subscription Plan
My neighbor Sherry came up with this genius subscription. This is for those of you who LOVE a cookie, but would rather not battle the temptation of a whole box of cookies. One cookie a week, popped in your mailbox or on your front porch, during the day on Wednesday. You can either alert me to a specific cookie that you want the Tuesday before delivery OR tempt fate and be surprised. Each subscription lasts 5 weeks. ***Delivery for residents of Orchard Park only. If you aren't in OP and would like to subscribe to a cookie a week, it will be pick-up in OP****

Fat Pete Cookies
4 Giant Peanut Butter Cookies. I can't even express how good these are. I added both homemade peanut brittle AND chunks of caramelized pretzel to the dough, and then stuffed it with a ball of bittersweet chocolate fudge. Pete is not fat, but he will be (and happy) if he keeps eating these!

The Kimbo
4 Kimbos per order. The old Kimbo cookie has risen from the ashes like a beautiful, buttery Phoenix to become my new favorite cookie!!! Chocolate Chip cookie dough with caramelized pretzel chunks, filled with homemade dulce de leche. I can't even. I short nuke in the microwave would definitely be a smart move.
